The Five Es of the Design Process
Entice
Users would be enticed to visit the website as when they Google information or questions relating to wildfire safety and evacuation, not only the website as a whole would show up on Google, but individual threads on the website would also show up in the search results based upon what questions the user searches for.

Enter
Users would then enter the website by either clicking on the thread that pertains to their question, or by clicking on the link to the main page.
Engage
Users would be able to find answers to their questions if threads for them already exist, or they could create account to ask new questions and engage in discussion with other users.
Exit
Users can simply close the webpage when they are finished.
Extend
If the user created an account, they will be notified by email if someone replies to a thread or message of theirs, and they can follow an existing thread if they would like to be notified whenever a new post is made.
